A thought on customers…
No matter the business you are in, the customer is always right, even if they are wrong. This is especially important if you are a start up. Many people, especially customers, don’t realize that when they are dealing with a start up they are most likely paying a very low price for a product or service that is still fluid and still being worked on. Many clients take this as a way to demand additional features or time from a start up for the trouble. All in all, most of the time the demands are valid since these risk takers are helping establish your business and reference customers but ultimately, they can also sink the ship.
You always have the power to say no, but remember, why are you doing what you are doing if you can’t say yes with limitations?
