Fielding over 30 requests a day, coupled with over 8,000 unique visitors a month we know that loftrent.com is a challenge and feel confident that Mayhew and her team will offer unprecedented support and service to our clients.

After almost 4 years Sarah and I need to refine our focus on our latest projects, namely my start-ups EventSpace.com and BandBuzz.com and her new boutique LilleBoutique.com. After hours of talking about it, planning what it would take, we are now publically stating that Loft Rent LLC (www.loftrent.com) is for sale. The site would be perfect for an event space or event planner to take over, but also could go the route of Real Estate because it gets traffic for both. The traffic it receives is almost all organic, and it has retained the #1 Google and Yahoo page rank for the search terms of “loft rent” and “lofts for rent”.

The sale includes all Loft Rent related materials, contract originals, marketing files, photography and of course the web site and administration systems. Loft Rent has always been a successful company, but needs a new and fresh team to take it to the next level. Every year it has experienced over 50% growth and has booked over $2,500,000 in events since its inception.

Current traffic stats for 2007 are as follows:
